2. Organization Overview

UST MCC is a registered student organization at the University of St. Thomas, St. Paul, Minnesota. We operate under the guidelines and policies of the University of St. Thomas and comply with all applicable university regulations.

3. Membership and Participation

Eligibility

  • Membership is primarily open to University of St. Thomas students
  • Alumni and faculty may participate in certain events and activities
  • All members must comply with the UST Student Code of Conduct

Member Responsibilities

  • Maintain professional conduct in all club activities
  • Respect confidentiality of client projects and sensitive information
  • Attend required meetings and fulfill commitments
  • Uphold the reputation of UST MCC and the University

4. Website Usage

Permitted Uses

  • Accessing information about club activities and events
  • Submitting contact forms and newsletter subscriptions
  • Sharing website content for promotional purposes

Prohibited Uses

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Submitting false or misleading information
  • Using automated systems to access or scrape our website
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of UST MCC and the University of St. Thomas. The MCC logo and University branding are used with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Client Projects and Confidentiality

Members participating in client projects must:

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all client information
  • Not disclose proprietary or sensitive business information
  • Return all materials and delete any copies upon project completion
  • Comply with any additional confidentiality agreements

7. Events and Activities

Event participation is subject to:

  • Registration through official channels (TommieLink)
  • Compliance with University of St. Thomas policies

  • Health and safety guidelines

8. Limitation of Liability

UST MCC and the University of St. Thomas are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in club activities.
